• Participation Fee – The fee amount is determined by the date of payment, not by the date the registration form is completed.
• What’s Included – The participation fee covers the Registration Package, along with other components necessary for organizing the event.
• Online Payments – You will be automatically redirected to the payment page during the registration process.
  • A payment link will also be included in your confirmation email.
  • Please note that this link is valid only for a limited time, as stated in the email.
  • The payment link is valid until August 20 at 20:00.
• Payment Deadlines – Payments by card or bank transfer are accepted only until August 20, 20:00.
• Cash Payments – If you wish to pay in cash, you may deposit the fee at any Garanti branch to account RO02UGBI0000132014804RON (Asociația Clubul Sportiv NoMad Multisport, CIF 29441005) and send the payment confirmation to info@nomadmultisport.ro.
• Refunds & Transfers – The participation fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to another future event organized by us.
  • If a participant is unable to compete (due to emergency, injury, or justified incapacity), they may transfer their registration to another person until August 18, 2026, by sending a written request to info@nomadmultisport.ro.
  • Transfer fee: 30 lei, payable by bank transfer to RO02UGBI0000132014804RON.
  • Race Kit Collection – Participation kits can be collected from the Race Office in Saschiz, located in the central square, in the start/finish area.
    Important! – No new registrations or fee payments will be accepted on race day.
